Job Title: Operations Head (Food & Hospitality)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Head to oversee and manage the overall functioning of our food operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily service, controlling costs, improving profitability, maintaining quality standards, and leading the team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient food service

* Monitor and control food costs, wastage, and overall expenses

* Develop strategies to improve sales and enhance profitability

* Plan and design cost-effective and balanced menus

* Supervise, train, and manage staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring

* Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards

* Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination to avoid shortages or overstocking

* Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels

* Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity

* Coordinate with management for business growth and expansion strategies

Key Skills Required:

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent operations and cost control knowledge

* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI)

* Inventory and vendor management expertise

* Problem-solving and decision-making ability

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility Criteria:

* Bachelor’s degree in any field

* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food operations or hospitality management

* Proven experience in managing teams and handling end-to-end operations

Preferred Qualities:

* Result-oriented and business-focused mindset

* Strong organizational and planning skills

* Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively

Salary: 3-4 LPA

Working: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Sat)
