Operations Executive

Academy of Vedic Vidya is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day execution across processes, reporting, and performance tracking.

What You’ll Do-

•⁠⁠ Support daily sales operations and ensure process adherence

•⁠ ⁠Track team productivity, follow-ups, and target achievement

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update CRM with high accuracy and discipline

•⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports

•⁠ ⁠Identify gaps in data, follow-ups, or execution and highlight to managers

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with sales team members for updates and task completion

•⁠ ⁠Ensure pipeline tracking and data hygiene across systems

What We’re Looking For-

•⁠ ⁠Min 1 years of experience in Sales Ops / Business Ops / MIS / CRM roles

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of sales processes and funnels

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and coordination skills

•⁠ ⁠Execution-focused mindset with willingness to learn
