Operations & Field Marketing Executive

We are a fast-growing e-bike rental company based in New Town, Kolkata, providing electric scooters on a monthly subscription model to delivery partners and individuals. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic, street-smart individual to manage on-ground operations and drive local marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy electric scooters to riders with proper documentation and onboarding
• Collect subscription payments and follow up on pending dues
• Handle vehicle recovery and coordination in case of defaults
• Conduct BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities in nearby areas
• Visit dark stores, delivery hubs, and local clusters to generate leads
• Maintain daily operational and collection reports
• Coordinate regularly with management for updates and planning

Who We’re Looking For

• Smart, responsible, and proactive individual
• Comfortable with field work and local travel (New Town & nearby areas)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of operations and collections preferred
• Prior experience in field sales / collections / operations is a plus
• Must own a smartphone
