About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Operations & Maintenance Executive to manage solar PV plant health,

ensure uptime and resolve field-level technical issues. This is a field-based role, critical to ensuring

performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections of solar plants.
•  Monitor plant performance and identify underperformance or faults.
•  Diagnose and repair inverter, wiring, or panel issues.
• Maintain logbooks and submit daily/weekly reports.
•  Ensure safety protocols and electrical norms are followed.
•  Liaise with clients and project managers for updates and resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

•  Diploma/B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
•  Understanding of solar PV system components and functions.
•  Ability to read SLDs and technical manuals.
•  Experience with data monitoring systems (SCADA preferred).
•  Comfortable with site travel and working under outdoor conditions.

Preferred Experience:

1–4 years in solar plant operations or maintenance roles.
