If you have experience managing staff, shifts, attendance, and daily operations, this role is for you.

⏰ Working Time (Important – Please Read)

This is a split-shift operations role:

• Morning: 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM (High demand time)

• Midday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Light work / reporting)

• Evening: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM (High demand time)

❗ Not continuous duty.

❗ Weekly off provided.

🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of service staff (maids, cooks, cleaners, etc.)

• Coordinate daily availability of workers

• Handle no-shows and arrange replacements

• Manage telecaller and field executive work

• Ensure vendors understand timing, earnings & process

• Maintain daily records and share simple reports

• Solve local field issues when required

✅ Required Experience & Skills

• 2–6 years experience as:

• Housekeeping Supervisor OR

• Facility / Hospital Operations Supervisor

• Experience managing 20+ staff

• Comfortable with:

• Early morning work

• Daily calling & follow-ups

• WhatsApp & basic smartphone apps

• Language:

• Hindi required

• Local language required

• Computer coding

• Sales or marketing experience

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month
