Operations Manager – E-commerce

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager – E-commerce to manage and optimize marketplace operations across major platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, strong analytical skills, and a high level of ownership in executing and improving business processes.

• Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Operations ManagementCreate, upload, and manage product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and optimization of product content
• 2. Order & Inventory OperationsManage end-to-end order processing, including shipment creation and tracking
• Coordinate with platform support teams to resolve operational issues
• 3. Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze sales and operational data using Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Generate actionable insights to improve performance and decision-making
• 4. Account ManagementManage and grow marketplace accounts, including onboarding and scaling brands
• Monitor account health and performance metrics
• 5. Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and platform representatives
• Communicate performance metrics and expectations effectively
• 6. Advertising & Performance MarketingAssist in setting up and optimizing Amazon Ads campaigns
• Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ACOS, and ROAS
• 7. Process Ownership & ImprovementIdentify operational gaps and implement solutions proactively
• Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely execution without constant supervision

• Required Skills & Qualifications1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
• Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of e-commerce metrics (CTR, CPC, ACOS, CVR, ROAS, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven with a high level of accountability and ownership
