Job Summary

Liberating Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Outbound Call Manager who can effectively handle and close sales calls transferred by team members. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the web consulting team by taking over critical outbound calls, resolving client queries, and converting prospects into clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience coordinating with web consultants and handling transferred sales calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take over outbound sales calls transferred by web consultants and work towards successfully closing deals.
  • Assist the team in handling complex client discussions, negotiations, and objections.
  • Coordinate closely with the web consultant team to understand client requirements before engaging in calls.
  • Guide and support team members in improving their call handling and sales conversion techniques.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with potential clients and maintain professional communication.
  • Maintain records of calls, discussions, and deal status for internal tracking.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and development teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in handling sales calls, tele-calling supervision, or deal closing.
  • Prior experience coordinating with web consultants or a digital services sales team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to confidently handle high-value or critical client calls.
  • Good understanding of web services, digital marketing services, or IT services will be preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT services sales / digital marketing agency environment.
  • Strong objection-handling and deal-closing ability.
  • Team coordination and leadership skills.
