Your Role and Responsibilities
As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
• Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
• Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with Successfactors development/configuration/customization/enhancements
• Consultant should be able to configure Successfactors , as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SF Modules.
• Experience of working in upgrades & Experience with third Party management/Integration with 3rd party tools Configuration of functionalities according to the best process & practices
• Experience in SAP SF LMS & SF LMS Certification: SF LMS (preferred)
• Will work on L2 type tickets in AMS environment (SLA applicable) Ticketing Tool Service Now & 2-3 Years with AMS experience is preferable.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams & Design implement and deploy SAP SuccessFactors standard solutions to achieve defined business goals.
• Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, customers, and management
• Should have worked on service now ticketing tool Knowledge of Jira tool Get to go person
