About MyHealthMates

MyHealthMates is a healthcare services organization providing homecare services and end-to-end medical tourism facilitation. The company partners with hospitals, doctors, and care providers to ensure patients receive seamless, ethical, and coordinated healthcare services during and after hospitalization.


Role Overview

The Hospital Coordinator will be stationed within a partner hospital and will act as the primary point of contact for MyHealthMates. The role involves informing patients about MyHealthMates services, supporting medical tourists throughout their hospital journey, and liaising with doctors, nursing staff, and hospital administration to ensure smooth coordination of services.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a professional hospital demeanor, and a clear understanding of healthcare service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Interaction & Service Awareness. Inform in-patients, out-patients, and attendants about MyHealthMates’ healthcare services, including homecare, post-discharge care, and medical tourism facilitation.
  • Explain service offerings clearly, ethically, and accurately without interfering with hospital clinical processes.
  • Guide patients and families on how MyHealthMates can support them during hospitalization and after discharge.
  • Medical Tourism FacilitationAssist domestic and international medical tourists with non-clinical coordination within the hospital.
  • Facilitate services such as appointment coordination, admission guidance, discharge planning, and post-treatment care arrangements.
  • Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure timely delivery of agreed services for medical tourists.
  • Hospital Coordination & Relationship ManagementCommunicate regularly with doctors, nursing superintendents, and hospital administrators regarding MyHealthMates’ service capabilities.
  • Build professional relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff to enable smooth collaboration.
  • Ensure MyHealthMates services are aligned with hospital protocols and policies.
  • Operational SupportCoordinate with the MyHealthMates operations team to arrange homecare services, follow-ups, and patient support post-discharge.
  • Ensure accurate handover of patient requirements to internal teams.
  • Maintain proper documentation related to patient interactions, service requests, and coordination activities.
  • Brand Representation & Ethics Represent MyHealthMates professionally within the hospital at all times.
  • Adhere strictly to hospital rules, patient confidentiality norms, and ethical standards.
  • Ensure that no misrepresentation of medical or clinical services is made.
  • Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily records of patient interactions, service inquiries, and conversions.
  • Submit regular reports on patient engagement, service utilization, and feedback.
  • Escalate issues or operational challenges to management promptly.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
  • Diploma or certification in hospital operations or patient coordination is an added advantage.
  • Experience2–5 years of experience in hospital coordination, patient relations, medical tourism, or healthcare services.
  • Prior experience working inside a hospital environment is strongly preferred.
