Personal Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, safety-conscious driver. The role demands excellent knowledge of city routes, proficient use of Google Maps, and a proven track record handling large SUVs.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-owned SUVs (Toyota Innova, Toyota Fortuner) for daily pick-ups, drop-offs, and official errands.
• Plan optimal routes using Google Maps, anticipating traffic conditions and diversions. Having good knowledge of Kolkata roads.
• Comply with all traffic laws and road-sign instructions in English; maintain a courteous road demeanor at all times.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and in good working order; perform basic checks (oil, tire pressure, coolant) and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and mileage sheets as per company policy.
• Assist with luggage handling and provide general support to passengers during journeys.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• License: Valid 4-wheeler Driving License (LMV)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ professional driving, specifically with large SUVs (e.g., Toyota Innova, Toyota Fortuner)
• Navigation: Confident using Google Maps and other GPS tools
• City Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Kolkata roads, landmarks, and alternate routes
• Traffic Literacy: Able to read and follow road/traffic signs and instructions in English
• Physical Profile: Well-built; minimum height 5’10″ for safe vehicle handling and long shifts
• Soft Skills: Punctual, disciplined, and courteous with good personal hygiene

Working Hours: 12 hours Duty

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly salary: ₹ 19,000 (fixed)
• Travel allowance: ₹ 1,000 per month
• Statutory benefits: Employee Provident Fund (PF) & Employees’ State Insurance (ESI)
• Weekly Off: 1 day (Saturday & Sunday is a working day)
