Job Title: Personal Loan Telecaller

Location: Kolkata

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Personal Loan Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain personal loan products, and generate leads or conversions. The role involves outbound calling, customer handling, and coordinating with the sales/processing team to ensure smooth loan application flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data/leads
• Explain personal loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and benefits
• Generate leads and convert them into loan applications
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM
• Coordinate with the sales and loan processing team for application closure
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or loan process (preferred)
• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
• Basic understanding of personal loan products is an advantage
• Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
