You will be responsible for performing pest treatments, supervising teams, ensuring customer satisfaction 😊, and maintaining safety standards.

• ⚙️ Key Responsibilities:🧴 Perform pest control services at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• 📋 Ensure proper use and handling of chemicals & equipment.
• 🧑‍🔧 Supervise field technicians and assign service schedules.
• 📆 Plan daily routes and coordinate with the sales & admin team.
• 🧠 Identify pest issues and suggest suitable treatment methods.
• 🧾 Maintain service reports, chemical usage logs, and customer feedback forms.
• 🧹 Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper PPE usage during service.
• ⚙️ Monitor equipment condition and request maintenance as needed.
• 🙋‍♂️ Handle customer queries or complaints professionally on-site.
• 🧑‍💼 Qualifications & Skills:🎓 Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th pass (ITI or technical background preferred).
• 💬 Basic communication & documentation skills.
• 🧴 Knowledge of pest control chemicals, machinery & safety procedures.
• 🚗 Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred.
• ⏰ Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.
• 🧍‍♂️ Experience in pest control or facility management industry is a plus.
