Salary: 1 lpa to 4lpa (Based on your experience and interview)

Qualifications: D. Pharma / B. Pharma / M. Pharma

Preferred: Prior experience in pharmacy or retail store management (0.6 months to 6 + years)

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflows

• Drive sales and ensure revenue targets are met
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service
• Handle inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory standards

Key Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and the pharmaceutical industry

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Leadership qualities for senior roles
