We are hiring Picker & Packers for our e-commerce warehouse operations. The role involves accurately picking items from inventory and packing them for dispatch within defined timelines.

Job Description: Picker & Packer

Location: New Town, 19 No. Water Tank, beside Orchids School

• Working Hours : 8 hours duty
• 1 weekly off

Key Responsibilities

• Pick items from racks as per system-generated orders
• Scan items to ensure accuracy
• Pack products properly using standard packing materials
• Hand over packed orders to delivery personnel within the assigned time
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation
• Follow safety and quality guidelines
• ⏱️ Performance ExpectationsComplete picking and packing within standard time limits
• Ensure zero errors (no wrong or damaged items)
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum 10th pass

• Male & Female candidates can apply
• Freshers are welcome
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,500 per month +PF+ESIC+Over time
