One of our client is seeking a dedicated 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 for a full-time, on-site role in the 𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

The specialist will connect students with job opportunities, cultivate and maintain relationships with employers, and coordinate recruitment processes.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

These include conducting mock interviews, coaching students on job search strategies, and liaising with companies to identify job openings and recruitment needs.

The role involves fostering partnerships with industry professionals and ensuring students are equipped for career success.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

1. 𝟱 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 with Recruiting, Job Search strategies, and connecting candidates to potential employers
2. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build employer partnerships and guide candidates effectively
3. Knowledge of HR Policies and practices to support placement processes & advance excel working knowledge is mandatory
4. Prior experience in placement services is required and Animation industry is preferred .
