Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate Plot Sales


Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive for our Real Estate Plot Sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, qualifying prospects, explaining project details, and coordinating with the sales team for site visits and closures. This role offers unlimited incentive-earning potential in addition to a fixed salary.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls for real estate plot sales leads.
  • Explain project details such as plot location, pricing, amenities, approvals, and payment plans to prospective customers.
  • Qualify leads and assess customer interest before forwarding them to the sales/closure team.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with the field sales team.
  • Follow up with interested customers to maintain engagement.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and call records in CRM or tracking systems.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsExperience in pre-sales or telesales, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
  • Target-driven mindset with focus on performance.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is an added advantage.
  • ExperienceMinimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in pre-sales / telesales.
  • Experience in real estate plot sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • EducationGraduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
  • Relevant pre-sales experience will be considered.
