Printing Machine Operator

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTF(Printing) Machine Operator to manage and operate Direct-to-Film printing machines for apparel production. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality prints, maintaining machine efficiency, and meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor DTF printing machines for daily production
• Prepare print files and ensure proper alignment and colour accuracy
• Handle film loading, ink filling, and powder application
• Perform heat curing and transfer processes on garments
• Maintain consistency in print quality and output
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and minimise downtime
• Conduct routine machine cleaning and maintenance
• Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth workflow
• Ensure timely completion of assigned production targets

Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
