Position: Senior Production Manager (Factory – Production Unit)

Office Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

🔑 Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the production unit to ensure smooth workflow.

• Coordinate with designers to translate creative concepts into production-ready outputs.
• Manage production schedules, quality control, and timely delivery of products.
• Supervise and mentor factory staff, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience: Graduate degree (any discipline).

• 4–5+ years of experience in production management, preferably in fashion/apparel.
• Prior experience working closely with designers is mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle senior-level responsibilities independently.
