Job Opening: Production Supervisor

Location: Head office at Dakshin Jagatdal Rajpur and Client site in Joka, Kolkata

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (depending on experience)

Work Days: 6 days a week

Timings: Will vary as per shift schedule

Qualification: Any qualification doesn't matter for suitable candidate

Required: Basic English communication, Basic Computer knowledge

Experience : Min 2 to 3 years Supervisor experience( Production assembly supervisor experience preferred)

Ventury Moulding Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate a team of 50–70 assembly workers at our client’s factory in Joka. The ideal candidate will act as a direct representative of Ventury Moulding, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining discipline, and reporting regularly on productivity, attendance, and workforce issues.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise assembly operations and ensure work targets are met
• Track attendance, timings, and overall workforce discipline
• Maintain daily reports and share regular updates with the Ventury team
• Coordinate closely with client representatives and handle onsite issues
• Ensure that the team follows safety and quality protocols
• Support shift transitions and address workforce challenges as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role (manufacturing/assembly preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage large teams and resolve issues proactively
• Must be dependable, professional, and committed to the role
• Comfortable working on-site during shift hours as required
