Loca􀆟on: Joka (Preference to nearby areas such as Behala, Amtala, and surrounding loca􀆟ons)

Job Summary :-

We are seeking a Produc􀆟on Supervisor to oversee opera􀆟ons and worker monitoring for the

manufacturing of Medium Voltage Switchgear Panels and associated components such as Vacuum

Circuit Breakers (VCBs), Current Transformers (CTs), Voltage Transformers (VTs), and Resin Cast

components.

The role involves shop-floor supervision, opera􀆟onal planning, coordina􀆟on with workers, and

ensuring smooth produc􀆟on flow as per schedule and quality standards. The candidate will be

responsible for monitoring manpower deployment, maintaining discipline, and ensuring produc􀆟on

targets are achieved efficiently.

This posi􀆟on requires hands-on factory supervision experience, opera􀆟onal decision-making ability,

and strong coordina􀆟on skills.

Key Responsibili􀆟es (KRAs) :-

1. Produc􀆟on Supervision & Shop-Floor Management

 Supervise day-to-day manufacturing opera􀆟ons in the factory.

 Monitor produc􀆟on ac􀆟vi􀆟es related to MV Switchgear panels, VCBs, CTs, VTs, and Resin Cast

components.

 Ensure adherence to produc􀆟on schedules and targets.

 Maintain discipline and efficiency on the shop floor.

2. Worker Monitoring & Task Alloca􀆟on

 Allocate jobs to workers based on produc􀆟on planning.

 Monitor worker produc􀆟vity and job comple􀆟on 􀆟melines.

 Take opera􀆟onal decisions regarding job offloading and workflow adjustments.

 Ensure proper coordina􀆟on between departments for smooth execu􀆟on.

3. Opera􀆟onal Planning & Repor􀆟ng

 Assist in produc􀆟on planning and execu􀆟on strategies.

 Maintain basic produc􀆟on data and daily reports.

 Communicate updates and reports via Email and WhatsApp.

 Coordinate with management regarding output, delays, or bo􀆩lenecks.

4. Quality & Process Monitoring

 Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes and quality standards.

 Iden􀆟fy opera􀆟onal issues and escalate to management when required.

 Support con􀆟nuous improvement ini􀆟a􀆟ves in manufacturing opera􀆟ons.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-

 Achievement of daily and monthly produc􀆟on targets

 Worker produc􀆟vity and discipline maintenance

 Timely comple􀆟on of assigned produc􀆟on schedules

 Accuracy in repor􀆟ng and communica􀆟on

 Reduc􀆟on in opera􀆟onal delays and bo􀆩lenecks

Qualifica􀆟on & Experience :-

 Educa􀆟onal Qualifica􀆟on:

 Diploma / Graduate (Technical background preferred – Electrical / Mechanical / Produc􀆟on)

 Experience:

 Minimum 2 years of experience in a factory manufacturing environment.

 Experience in Medium Voltage Switchgear manufacturing preferred.

 Candidates from moulding industries (e.g., plas􀆟c moulding, metal cas􀆟ng) or mechanical

industries (e.g., machine tools, automobile sector) will also be considered.

Technical & Func􀆟onal Skills :-

 Basic proficiency in Microso􀅌 Office.

 Basic data repor􀆟ng capability through Email and WhatsApp.

 Understanding of shop-floor manufacturing processes.

 Decision-making capability related to opera􀆟onal planning and worker task alloca􀆟on.

 Ability to quickly understand and promote our product range using their exis􀆟ng engineering

and marke􀆟ng knowledge.

 Capability to technically posi􀆟on products based on customer applica􀆟on requirements.

Communica􀆟on Skills :-

 Good wri􀆩en communica􀆟on in English and Bengali.

 Verbal communica􀆟on in English, Bengali, and Hindi.

 Ability to coordinate effec􀆟vely with workers and management.

Gender Preference :-

Preferably Male with prior factory experience in the manufacturing industry.

Salary Range :-

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)

Time - 8am - 6pm
