Project Implementation Executive

Role ObjectiveThe Project Implementation Executive will support on-ground execution and training

activities, ensuring timely setup and smooth operation of STEM and technology-enabled learning projects.

Key Responsibilities·      Assist in installation,

setup, and testing of STEM, DIY, Robotics, Tinkering, Maths, and AI labs

·      Support delivery of student

workshops, teacher training sessions, and hands-on demonstrations

·      Coordinate field logistics including material receipt, inventory checks, and documentation

·      Capture project evidence such as photos, videos, attendance records, and feedback

·      Support senior managers in ensuring project quality and timelines

·      Travel extensively across India as per project requirements

Eligibility & Experience·      Freshers are encouraged to

apply (Technical or Education background preferred)

·      Candidates with 0–2

years of experience in STEM, Robotics, EdTech, or similar organizations will have an advantage

·      Basic to advanced understanding of DIY learning, tinkering philosophy, and robotics

fundamentals

·      Strong willingness to learn, travel, and work in field-intensive roles

Essential

Skills & Competencies (Both Roles)·      Hands-on orientation towards experiential and project-based learning

·      Knowledge of DIY

kits, Tinkering tools, Robotics hardware/software, basic AI concepts

·      Strong communication and documentation skills

·      Adaptability to diverse geographies and education ecosystems

·      High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to project quality
