Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of centralized HVAC and Data Center infrastructure projects. The role requires strong expertise in precision cooling systems, chilled water systems, electrical coordination, and mission-critical infrastructure.

The candidate must ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget, and quality standards, while coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

• Project Planning & ExecutionPlan, schedule, and execute Centralized HVAC and Data Center projects from inception to handover.
• Develop project timelines, manpower planning, procurement schedules, and installation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion as per contractual milestones.
• HVAC System ManagementOversee installation and commissioning of:
• Chillers
• Cooling towers
• Primary & secondary pumping systems
• AHU / FAHU systems
• Precision cooling systems (CRAC / CRAH)
• Chilled water piping networks
• Ensure compliance with HVAC design specifications and industry standards.
• Data Center Infrastructure Manage installation and integration of data center infrastructure, including:
• 
  
• Precision Air Conditioning
• Hot aisle / Cold aisle containment
• Rack cooling systems
• Data center cooling optimization
• Coordinate with electrical, UPS, BMS, and fire suppression teams.
• Client & Consultant CoordinationAct as single point of contact for clients and consultants.
• Attend project review meetings and provide technical updates and progress reports.
• Resolve technical and commercial issues at site.
• Vendor & Contractor ManagementManage subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Ensure materials and equipment are procured as per approved BOQ and specifications.
• Monitor quality of installation and workmanship.
• Quality & Safety ComplianceEnsure adherence to quality control procedures, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety practices.
• Documentation & ReportingPrepare and review:

• Project progress reports
• Method statements
• Inspection reports
• As-built drawings
• Handover documentation
• Ensure smooth testing, commissioning, and project closure.
