Job Title: Property Advisor / Real Estate Sales Executive Location: Kolkata Industry: Real Estate (Residential & Commercial)

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Property Advisor to handle property sales, client relationships, and site visits. The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting suitable properties, coordinating with developers, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound sales leads

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

Conduct site visits and property presentations

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams

Negotiate pricing and assist in deal closure

Maintain lead records and follow-ups in CRM

Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales (preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle clients confidently

Basic knowledge of residential/commercial properties

Target-driven and self-motivated

Familiar with CRM and follow-up processes

Language Requirement: English & Bengali communication mandatory
