Position: PSR (Pilot Sales Representative)

Salary Range: ₹18,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Pilot Sales Representatives (PSR) to drive secondary sales and ensure effective market coverage within the assigned territories. The role requires strong field presence, disciplined execution, and consistent engagement with retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive secondary sales in the assigned territory to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product placement, visibility, and distribution as per company guidelines.
• Conduct regular stock checks, market audits, and inventory evaluations at retail outlets.
• Clearly communicate product pricing, retailer margins, and ongoing trade schemes to retailers.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and ensure consistent market coverage.
• Support supervisors in executing promotional and distribution strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback with reporting managers.

Eligibility & Required Experience

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the assigned territory/region (Murshidabad).
• Prior experience in FMCG sales, field sales, or merchandising preferred.
• Ability to execute field activities with discipline, ownership, and consistency.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred).
