Purchase Assistant Cum Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

· Barcode generation in Success Software

· Handling purchase return and sale return entries

· Supervising checking and quality process

· Job issue and job receive coordination

· Cost sheet preparation and maintenance

· Pre-order follow-up with concerned teams

· Uploading product photos in Success Software

· Maintaining proper documentation and records

· Coordinating with purchase, production, and sales teams

Requirements

· 2–3 years of experience in textile/garment industry

· Knowledge of Success Software (preferred)

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

· Understanding of merchandising and purchase processes

· Good coordination and communication skills

· Responsible and detail-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate

· Experience in garment or textile company

· Familiar with purchase and merchandising workflow

· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
