Key Responsibilities1. Procurement planning: Plan and coordinate procurement activities, including tendering, bidding, and contract negotiation.

2. Supplier management: Identify and manage suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

3. Purchase orders: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

4. Cost management: Analyze costs, negotiate with suppliers, and implement cost-saving measures.

5. Inventory management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.

Requirements1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

3. Skills:

  - Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  - Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.

  - Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills1. Construction industry experience: Familiarity with construction industry practices and regulations.

2. Certification: Certification in procurement, such as CProc or equivalent.

3. ERP software proficiency: Experience with ERP software, such as SAP or Oracle.
