Ready Mix Concrete Sales Executive

1-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for ready-mix concrete products. Track sales performance and adapt strategies as needed.

2-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and post-sale.

3-Understand and communicate the technical aspects of ready-mix concrete products, including mix designs, delivery processes, and project-specific requirements. Provide expert consultation to clients regarding the best product for their needs.

4-Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, ensuring alignment with their project specifications and budgets.

5-Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales contracts, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement. Close sales and secure long-term contracts.

6-Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to stay ahead of industry developments. Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and opportunities.
