Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive


Location: Newtown Rajarhat, Kolkata






Job Role:




🔑 Key Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition: Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, or advertising.

Property Listings: Source and list properties for primary sales .

Viewings & Tours: Organize and conduct property showings to potential buyers .

Negotiation: Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.

Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor listings.

Sales Documentation: Handle contracts, sales agreements, and coordinate with legal and financial entities.

After-Sales Support: Assist clients post-transaction to build long-term relationships.
