Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: West Bengal ( KARNANI MANSION, Park Street, Taltala, Calcutta, West Bengal, India )

Job Type: Full-Time


About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive who can manage leads, conduct property site visits, build strong client relationships, and successfully close deals. The ideal candidate must be confident in communication, strong in follow-ups, and passionate about real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound & outbound property leads and convert them into site visits and sales
  • Conduct property presentations & site visits for clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate and close property sales deals
  • Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and daily follow-up reports
  • Stay updated with local real estate market trends & property pricing
  • Coordinate with builders/owners/channel partners when required
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
