Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Understand buyer requirements, pain points, and preferences to suggest suitable properties.
  • Property Presentation: Provide detailed information, conduct property tours, and deliver compelling sales pitches.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong connections with prospects, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams, prepare proposals, and update CRM systems.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor offerings. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven background in real estate or pre-sales.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
