Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.

- Property Presentation: Provide detailed information, conduct property tours, and deliver compelling sales pitches.

- Sales Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams, prepare proposals, and update CRM systems.
- Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor offerings.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Proven background in real estate or pre-sales.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
