Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Title: Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is clean and presentable
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Provide accurate information to visitors and clients
• Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Coordinate with internal departments as needed
• RequirementsProven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Professional attitude and appearance
