About the Role

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and computer-proficient receptionist with excellent communication skills to manage our front desk and ensure a pleasant experience for visitors and callers.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally

Answer and route incoming calls promptly

Manage emails, front office communication, and inquiries

Camera viewing and design downloading

Candidate has to be from metro route or from south kolkata

Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules

Handle couriers and office correspondence

Assist with basic administrative and support tasks

Coordinate with internal departments when required

Travelling whenever required is a must

The candidate has to be from south kolkata

Requirements

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)

Computer proficiency, including MS Office & email handling

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and manage front office operations efficiently

Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not mandatory

Minimum education: Graduate

Gender :female

Age :23 to 35

Time :10:30 am till 7:30 pm

Preferably from south kolkata

Salary

Competitive and based on experience 10 to 14 k per month
