Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Moodbox is seeking a professional and well-presented Front Desk Receptionist to manage guest interactions, handle bookings, and ensure a smooth entry experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach.

Welcome and assist guests with a positive attitude

Handle reservations, bookings, and walk-in customers

Manage phone calls, inquiries, and WhatsApp communication

Coordinate with floor staff and management

Maintain guest records and billing entries

Ensure front desk area is clean and organized.

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

1–2 years experience in hospitality, lounge, or hotel preferred

Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali)

Basic computer knowledge

Presentable personality and professional behavior

Ability to work in evening/night shifts
