Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Opening: Receptionist (Female Preferred) for Arogyo Diagnostics and Polyclinic 

📍 Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our diagnostic centre. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and should ensure a smooth and professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk Management

Greet and assist patients in a polite and professional manner

Handle patient registrations and appointment scheduling.Maintain patient records and billing details

2. Communication & Coordination

Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.Coordinate with lab technicians and doctors for smooth workflow.Guide patients regarding tests, reports, and procedures

3. Billing & Basic Administration

Manage billing, payments, and receipts

Maintain daily patient records and reports

Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the reception area

Candidate Requirements

Female candidate preferred

Good communication skills (Bengali, Hindi & basic English)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software preferred)

Polite, presentable, and patient-friendly attitude

Prior experience in clinic/diagnostic centre preferred
