• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates 🌐
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• 📄 Screening & InterviewingReview resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Conduct reference and background checks
• 🤝 Hiring Manager CollaborationPartner with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Provide market insights on talent availability and salary trends 💼
• Offer guidance on interview best practices
• 📊 Recruitment OperationsManage candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates)
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies ⚖️

• Communicate consistently throughout the hiring process
• Support onboarding coordination for new hires
• ✅ QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• 🌱 Preferred SkillsExperience in agency or high-volume recruiting
• Knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
