Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with a strong background in BPO bulk hiring or experience with recruitment firms such as Quess Corp, TeamLease, Adecco, or similar staffing agencies. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for voice/non-voice processes with high-volume targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle bulk hiring for BPO/Contact Center roles (Voice & Non-Voice)

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and vendor networks

Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and onboarding

Screen candidates for communication skills and role fit

Maintain daily hiring trackers and MIS reports

Achieve hiring targets within defined TATs

Coordinate with operations and HR teams for smooth onboarding

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

6 months to 2 years in BPO recruitment / bulk hiring

Experience with staffing firms like Quess Corp, TeamLease, Adecco, or local recruitment agencies preferred

Strong understanding of BPO hiring lifecycle

Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Bengali)

Ability to work under pressure and meet bulk hiring deadlines

Immediate or short notice joiners preferred

Qualification:

Graduate (any stream)
