Responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening: Identify, screen, and shortlist highly qualified candidates. Interview Coordination: Coordinate HR interviews and assessments. Offer Negotiation: Negotiate offers and manage the entire recruitment process. Talent Pipeline Building: Cultivate a robust talent pipeline for future needs.

Requirements Qualifications: Proven Experience: Strong experience in IT  recruitment. Skillset Understanding: Deep understanding of IT skill sets.Creative Sourcing: Proven success in innovative candidate sourcing. Timely Delivery: Ability to deliver results within specified timelines. Infra: Should have a personal own laptop with a reliable internet connection at home.
