The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process — from workforce planning to onboarding. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience aligned with the company’s goals and culture.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and policies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and referral programs.
• Manage the recruitment team, set targets, and monitor performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR management (experience in bulk/leadership hiring preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using HR software, job portals, and social media recruiting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines
