  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities🧑‍💻 Strategic Hiring: Plan and execute hiring strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
  • 🤝 Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job roles.
  • 🔍 Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Use portals, social media, internal referrals, and campus hiring to build a quality talent pipeline.
  • 📞 Full-cycle Recruitment: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, manage offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • 📊 Recruitment Metrics: Track and report KPIs – time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.
  • 🏫 Campus & Lateral Hiring: Partner with institutions for fresh talent and manage volume/mid-senior level hiring.
  • 💼 Vendor Management: Oversee recruitment agencies to ensure SLAs, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
  • 👥 Team Supervision (if applicable): Guide junior recruiters or TA specialists.
  • Employer Branding: Promote PNB MetLife as an employer of choice via events, campaigns, and outreach.
  • Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices follow legal and organizational guidelines.
  • 📚 Qualifications & Experience🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 📆 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within BFSI/Insurance.
  • 🤝 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • ⚙️ Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • 📈 Data-driven mindset – ability to analyze and improve recruitment processes.
  • 🔄 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
