📞 Screening & Interviewing:

Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and experience.

📄 Job Posting:

Post job openings on different job portals and recruitment platforms.

🤝 Client Coordination:

Understand client hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.

📊 Database Management:

Maintain candidate records, interview details, and recruitment data.

📅 Interview Scheduling:

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

🧑‍💼 Candidate Guidance:

Provide information to candidates regarding job roles, company details, and interview process.

📈 Recruitment Targets:

Achieve hiring targets within the given timeline.

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

💼 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Freshers can also apply).

🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

💻 Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.

🎯 Ability to identify and attract the right talent.

⭐ Preferred Skills📱 Experience using job portals like Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

🤝 Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
