• 🔍 Key Responsibilities:📄 Draft and publish job ads on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.)
• 🎯 Source and screen candidates through databases, referrals, and job portals
• 📞 Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
• 🤝 Coordinate and support hiring managers during the interview process
• 📝 Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• 💡 Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
• ✅ Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
• 📊 Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights to HR leadership
• 🧠 Requirements:🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 📅 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• 💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 🧩 Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• 💻 Proficient in MS Office and ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
• 🌐 Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter)
