1. Identify, recruit, and onboard ICs.

2. Train and mentor advisors on company products, processes, and sales techniques.

3. Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective business goals.

4. Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and training sessions.

5. Monitor performance and provide continuous guidance and support.

Salary:
