Recruitment Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should be able to identify talent, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases

Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements

Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews

Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Assist with offer letters, documentation, and onboarding formalities

Post job ads and manage responses on portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques

Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously

Familiarity with MS Office and Google Sheets

Preferred Skills:

Experience in bulk hiring, technical recruitment, or gulf recruitment (optional)

Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

Target-driven and organized working style

Strong judgment in candidate evaluation
