Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator (Calling & Interview Scheduling)

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The role mainly involves handling candidate communication and scheduling interviews in a smooth and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling candidates from job portal data on a daily basis
• Explaining basic job details and screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating timings
• Maintaining proper records of candidates and interview status
• Regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure attendance
• Updating internal trackers and maintaining data accuracy

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday – Fixed working days
• Alternate Saturdays – Working
• Sundays – Fixed off
