Recruitment Executive

• Talent acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 
• Sourcing: Find potential candidates through various channels like online job boards, social media, professional networks, and university partnerships. 
• Screening: Review resumes and applications to create a shortlist of qualified candidates. 
• Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. 
• Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and collect feedback. 

At the same time creating personalized financial plans, and helping them achieve goals like retirement and wealth building. Key responsibilities involve assessing a client's financial situation, recommending investment and insurance products, and monitoring market trends to adjust strategies. The role also requires strong analytical, communication, and client-relationship skills.
