📞 Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates

📝 Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

📊 Track hiring progress and report recruitment status to management

Requirements:

🎓 Minimum 12th pass is applicable

💬 Good communication and interpersonal skills

💻 Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals

⚡ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

👥 Freshers or candidates with 6 months–2 years of recruitment experience can apply
