๐ Recruitment Manager โ HDFC Life Insurance
๐ About the Role As a Recruitment Manager at HDFC Life Insurance, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and developing a strong pool of Financial Consultants/Advisors. Your primary goal is to build a high-quality advisor network, ensure talent availability, and support overall business growth through effective manpower planning.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities๐ฅ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Identify, source, and recruit Financial Consultants/Advisors through various channels.
- Conduct interviews, screening, and selection processes to hire quality candidates.
๐ Onboarding & Training
- Provide orientation to newly hired advisors about company policies, products, and processes.
- Coordinate training sessions on sales techniques, customer handling & compliance standards.
๐ Recruitment Planning & Performance Tracking
- Prepare monthly manpower hiring plans in coordination with business leaders.
- Track recruitment metrics, joining ratios, and advisor activation rates regularly.
๐ค Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with branch heads, sales managers, and HR teams to fulfil hiring needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders for smoother hiring operations.
๐งญ Pipeline Building & Market Research
- Create and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline through field sourcing, referrals, and networking.
- Identify talent gaps and suggest strategies for continuous quality hiring.
๐ Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all advisor hiring follows HDFC Life & IRDAI norms.
- Handle documentation, KYC, and advisor registration processes accurately.
๐ Qualifications & Skills๐ Graduation (any stream); MBA in HR or Marketing preferred
๐ผ Experience in recruitment, agency hiring, or BFSI hiring is an added advantage
๐ฃ๏ธ Strong communication, coordination & people management skills
๐ Ability to evaluate talent and build high-performing advisor pipelines
๐ Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sourcing when required
