- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions for various positions.
📢 Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Use job portals, social media, and networking to find suitable talent.
📞 Interview Coordination:
- Conduct and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
📊 Team Management:
- Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance.
🤝 Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
📝 Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring data, and candidate databases.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
📈 Process Improvement:
- Improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards.
