🎯 Key Responsibilities👥 Recruitment Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Identify hiring needs and create job descriptions for various positions.

📢 Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Use job portals, social media, and networking to find suitable talent.

📞 Interview Coordination:

  • Conduct and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

📊 Team Management:

  • Lead and supervise the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance.

🤝 Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

📝 Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain recruitment reports, hiring data, and candidate databases.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

📈 Process Improvement:

  • Improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards.
