• 🎯 Key Skills & RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills.
