This role ensures that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while maintaining a strong employer brand.

  • 🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesšŸ” Talent AcquisitionDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • šŸ¤ Stakeholder ManagementPartner with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on job descriptions and interview processes.
  • šŸ“Š Performance & ReportingTrack, measure, and report hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, hiring conversion).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • šŸ’¼ Employer BrandingStrengthen employer brand through social media campaigns, job fairs, and events.
  • Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and recruitment partners.
  • šŸ‘„ Team LeadershipLead and mentor recruitment executives or HR team members.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across all hiring stages.
  • šŸŽÆ Key Skills & RequirementsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent decision-making and negotiation skills.
