Recruitment Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment efforts within the insurance industry. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for a variety of roles including sales agents, claims adjusters, customer service representatives, and management staff. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance sector and a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment records.

*Oversee interview processes, offer negotiations, and onboarding of new hires.

*Monitor and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire).

*Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-volume roles like Portfolio Manager and sales reps.

*Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

*Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the talent market.
